As we informed you already in yesterday's post the local DERBY Ionikos Nikeas VS PROODEFTIKI F.C., will be transmitted live with video streaming via Internet.
The website www.sportaltv.gr is transmitting all home games of the clubs located in Greater Pireus area and participating in the 6th group of the 3rd National Greek football league.
Crimson Club (www.facebook.com/CrimsonClub/) will once again sponsor Sportaltv broadcastig, allowing our fans to watch the match live (for free).
Brief information about the ''SUPER DERBY''
As a first match of the 2nd round of the championship Sportaltv is transmitting live and exclusively the ''SUPER DERBY'' where Ionikos (7th position, 13 points) and PROODEFTIKI FC (1st position, 23 point) will ''collide'' in a duel, that ...... will take your breath away!
There is no doubt that Ionikos and PROODEFTIKi are two of the most famous clubs in Pireus, who have even been participating some years ago in the 1st National Greek Football Championship and undoubtedly carry names .... heavy as history itself !
The two opponents, will collide for ''THE VICTORY'' in a match that is of great interest not only to the friends of local football fans, but also for many football fans abroad, as it is considered as one of the biggest derby's in Greece.
On one hand, the players of Nikos Maronitis (coach of Ionikos) want their passionate audience to support them to widen their undefeated turn of matches 9counting 2 wind and 2 draws in the last 4 games) and a victory against PROODEFTIKI F.C. would confirm in the best possible way, that the ''Blue - whites'' are on a steady upward course.
On the other hand, in the team of Loukas Karadimos (PROODEFTIKI coach) they have rested after last weekend they made their day off in the championship and throughout this time they where training exclusively for the big Derby. The goal of ''PROO - the crimson squad'' is to remainat the top after the end of this game !!
